PARTICIPATION: Improve: attitude, prospects, economic/social justice, officials' quality, fair election process (every stage from local to national, clubs, civic organizations; media, public exposure; debate, forum, endorsement, voting; issues, candidates). Eliminate racism, classism, stereotyping, profiling; examine disproportionate inmate population, unlawful search, etc.; improve education, communication, diversity. Resolve problems, not cover up with threats, coercion, retaliation like current system, Support civilian review against police, law enforcement.

Emphasize: (1)principle, function, liberty justice, equality, accountability, efficiency, (2) promote democracy, fair election process, people input (3) prosecute, eliminate social ills: Official abuse, government gang-fraud-crime-injustice networks; opposite education, judicial, function, government mission."Cruel tyranny," "super classes of parasites, crimes, welfare"; like "robbery machines," considered as "America's most wanted"; threat, coercion, horror, harassment, retaliation; continuing, on-going, expanding (here, oversea), penetrating; among some officials, IRS, law enforcement, court personnel, legal occupation, financial services, car-related, billing, payment processing, utilities, home improvement, etc.; brutality, misconduct, false records, procedures; stalking, burglary, robbery, frauds, car-theft; false charges, arrests; abuse of personal information, forgery checks, etc.; cause fake democracy, unfair election process, social/political problems (poverty, homeless, divisiveness, hate crimes); destroy people, families, business; women, children, elderly, minorities, ill patients; rights, resources, reputation, credit ratings. Improve voter education, competition on policies, issues, candidates. Televise open town hall meetings, debates (even before primary elections), Disseminate, maintain candidate Info.

NEIGHBORHOODS: Provide quality leadership, responsibility, reasoning, cost effectiveness. Promote: environment beneficial to life; protection and, wise management of resources and land use; People's inputs-in planning process, growth policies, development review, and permit process. Protect people's rights, resources, families, community, peace. Support smart growth, better transportation facilities. See also other questions.

HOUSING: Remove barriers: disparity in income, assets, credit rating; discrimination, profiling, stereotyping; and damages and social problems caused by others. Support affordable housing. Provide easy access and better housing for all, especially lower-income groups, and homeless victims of the current system. Coordinate with agencies at various levels of government. Tax credit to low income. Strengthen commission on human relation, fair housing, lending practices. Provide easy, fair and equal access to capital, opportunities. improve people's inputs, comments and complaints processing. Eliminate bureaucracy, abuse of power which deprive of people's rights, resources, reputation, credit ratings, etc. See also other Questions.
