Town Center Redevelopment Webcam Objective

The objective is to place cameras in advantageous locations around the town center development area and project the images on the Internet.  To start with we plan to place one camera on the top of the Victoria Condominiums, stream the images back to City Hall using wireless technology, and route the stream to the Internet from a server.
