MINUTES OF ROCKVILLE COMMUNITY NETWORK MEETING
                       April 10, 1997

     The meeting was called to order by Bob Skinner at 7:39 p.m.
In attendance were Bob Ekman, Randy Gentry, Stan Klein, Dave
Mays, Gail Wisan Muren, Barbara Skinner, Bob Skinner, and Thomas
E. Thomas.

     Minutes of the March 19, 1997, meeting were read and
approved with the correction of the word "Pearl" to "Perl" (Item F).

     A.   Bob Skinner and Dave Mays reported on their meeting
          with Sailor representatives.

     B.   Bob Ekman requested corrected Minutes for Web page.

     C.   Group agreed that list of Directors/Board Members will
          go on Web page.

     D.   Bob Skinner presented the proposed Rocknet budget,
          required for Form 1023 in the incorporation process.
          Discussion followed about (1) whether Rocknet's fiscal
          year should be the same as the City's and (2) how and
          when funds are disbursed by the City.  Bob Skinner to
          ask John Herman to include these questions on his list.

     E.   Bob Ekman presented current Web page fixes, problem
          list.  Indicated he had met with Chris Medley about
          brochure and Rocknet "drop box" for Vision Action Fair.
          Asked for volunteers to assist at Rockville Science Day
          on April 27, 1977.

     The meeting adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
