ROCKNET MEETING MINUTES
June 14, 2007The meeting convened in the Crab Room of City Hall at 7:45 P.M.
In attendance were: Mary Alice McDonough, Bob Ekman, Jonathan Walker, Betsy Robbins, Mike Cannon, and Carol Nicholas.
The minutes were read and accepted with minor corrections.
Mary Alice followed up with and suggested that Rocknet would be a good point of contact for the various Civic associations to exchange ideas and share information. She will search for websites.
Betsy gave the city reports and updates. Two new list servers were created. The city site had an average of 6,187 per day during May, which went up since April. Rocknet averaged 882 daily which was about the same average also in April. A new section was created concerning storm water with new photographs.
Bob said the Rocknet servers are ok. Big changes will be made on the web for the elections. The web cam is ok and collecting pictures. Lyris went down for a day due to a power outage. Wireless is up and running. Respective web sites were set up for new accounts.
The meeting for July was canceled due to the summer holidays / vacations.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
