Condominiums Home Owners' Association home page.
Our usual meeting location is the Rock Terrace School at 7:30pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. The Rock Terrace School is located at 390 Martins Lane in Rockville.
The main entrance is at the intersection of Mannakee Street and Martins Lane.
The July and August meetings will be held at the
Rockville Library.

The 2008 Annual Meeting will be Tuesday, 20 May 2008
at 7:30pm.
The June 2008 meeting will be Tuesday, 17 June 2008 at 7:30pm.
The July 2008 meeting will be Tuesday, 15 July 2008 at 7:30pm, at the Rockville Library.
The August 2008 meeting will be Tuesday, 19 August 2008 at 7:30pm, at the Rockville Library.

If you drive: Exit College Square using the Martins Lane exit.
Turn right onto Martins Lane. About 0.4 miles (700 yards),
just before you get to the intersection with Mannakee Street,
you will see the Rock Terrace school on your right.
